The ideal candidate is creative, highly motivated, and skilled, with experience and qualifications in the design and delivery of theological education in their area of discipline.

The Dean of Research and Program Director* position is full-time and based on-site, at our temporary location at St Paschal Precinct – 90 Albion Rd, Box Hill**. Flexible working arrangements may be available where appropriate, as decided by the college Principal.
